THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Group Director of Strategic Partnerships is a senior leadership position that unites business development, commercial strategy, and investment collaboration. You will define and execute EWEG’s partnership roadmap across land and sea, identifying high-value opportunities, negotiating transformative alliances, and shaping ventures that expand our creative and commercial reach globally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Global Relationship Leadership
Forge, cultivate, and manage high-level strategic relationships across the cruise, hospitality, and entertainment industries, aligning partners with EWEG’s creative and operational vision.
• Strategic Growth & Ventures
Identify and secure new business opportunities, co-productions, and investment ventures in live entertainment, destination experiences, and venue development.
• Commercial Pipeline Management
Build and maintain a robust global pipeline, overseeing the full partnership lifecycle, from prospecting and negotiation to contracting and performance evaluation.
• Executive Collaboration
Partner with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to structure long-term partnerships, joint ventures, and co-branded initiatives that drive global expansion.
• Market & Trend Intelligence
Provide strategic insights on emerging markets, experiential trends, and innovative business models to guide diversification and growth.
• Brand Representation
Represent EWEG at major international trade events, summits, and forums as an ambassador of the company’s creative excellence and strategic vision.
• Cross-Divisional Leadership
Collaborate with Creative, Production, and Technical Divisions to align partnership opportunities with operational capabilities and brand storytelling.
• Brand Voice & USP
Develop and execute a roadmap that advances brand vision, growth strategy, experience design, and product evolution for the organization.
• Operational Integration
Ensure all partnerships are structured for long-term sustainability with frameworks that deliver creative excellence and financial return.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

10+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, investment relations, or commercial leadership roles within entertainment, hospitality, luxury, or experiential industries.

Proven track record of closing high-value deals and building long-term B2B relationships.

Strong global network across entertainment, hospitality, cruise, tourism, and experiential brands.

Entrepreneurial, results-driven, and strategic with a hands-on approach.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

A collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-growing, high-performance environment

Strong financial and analytical acumen, including deal structuring, modelling, and partnership governance.

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
